We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team! As a family owned group of businesses operating in a fast moving, demanding marketplace, it is essential that our site and machinery is in tip-top condition. We need people like you to allow us to do that!
When you join us, you will be responsible for checking, repairing, and servicing our machinery, equipment, systems, and infrastructures as well as planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Can you do the following?
Deliver effective support in checking, repairing and servicing machinery equipment system and infrastructures.
Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Proactive & reactive maintenance across a large site.
Support the Engineering Manager to deliver maintenance function to the engineering team
To ensure that machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.
Work a double day shift 6.00am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm
Saturday working on a rota basis.
Welding / Fabrication experience desirable but not essential
Work as part of a Team with a positive ‘can do’ approach
Adhere to all H & S and company policies
If so, brilliant. We also need to know your experience too:
Mechanical and or Electrical experience especially in a manufacturing or distribution sector environment.
Other sectors transferable experience considered
Working knowledge of refrigeration would be an advantage
Welding / fabrication experience desirable but not essential
Qualifications within an Engineering Discipline
