Marcus Boardall

Chief Executive

Marcus, a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined the family business in 2003 where he continues his father’s legacy of supporting and encouraging his colleagues in the pursuit of excellence.

Andrew Baldwin

Managing Director – Cold Store

Andrew has over 30 years’ service within the Cold Store division, offering a wealth of knowledge, operational dexterity and experience within the frozen logistics supply chain.

Stevland Town

Managing Director – Transport

Stevland joined the Cold store in 2001 and has gained invaluable experience and expertise across the group in a variety of positions including Operations Manager, Group Business Development Manager and Group Commercial Director. Stevland now heads up our Transport Division.

Sarah Roberts

Group Finance Director

Sarah joined the group in 2014 and has over 15 years’ experience managing finance and HR functions. Sarah is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

John Pick

Head of Operations
Cold Store

John joined the Cold Store in March 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in operations and general management.

Paul Satariano

Head of Operations

Paul joined Transport as a teenager in 1998, he has trained as a Transport Manager and H&S practitioner during his career with the company and serves as Head of Operations for Transport as well as Transport Manager for the Boroughbridge and Gloucester sites.

Norman Hartley

Operations Director

Norman joined Transport in 2006 and has progressed through a variety of roles including Planning Manager and Operations Manager. He brings a wealth of experience after more than 15 years of service.

Jo Brandon

Group Head of Finance

Jo joined the group in July 2023 and has over 15 years’ experience of managing finance functions. Jo is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

Ian Edwards

Group IT Manager

Ian joined the group in 2005 and has over 30 years’ experience in IT and management roles.

Ross Morris

Head of Fleet and Compliance and Health and Safety

Ross joined the group in 2020 as Health and Safety and Training Manager for Transport. Ross has also held roles elsewhere as Fleet Manager and his promotion to Head of Fleet and Compliance in 2022 brings together his past experience and skills.

Laura Amies

Group HR Manager

Laura joined the group in 2021 as a qualified HR Advisor, with over six years’ experience in the field. She has since progressed to become the Lead Advisor for Employee Relations, followed by her promotion to Group HR Manager.
